These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ViralFinds. By using an account or the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the service

ViralFinds is a SaaS platform that helps Associates content creators find products, generate Pinterest-optimized Pins and schedule posts. We do not guarantee any specific traffic, clicks or income.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ViralFinds to:

  • Break applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
  • Post fraudulent, misleading or spam content.
  • Use third-party link shorteners for Amazon Associates links.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or other users' accounts.
  • Distribute malware, viruses or any harmful code.

4. Intellectual property

ViralFinds and its trademarks, logos, code and content belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under these terms.

5. User-generated content

You keep the rights to the Pins, descriptions and campaigns you create. By publishing content through ViralFinds, you authorize us to process and display it according to your settings, including posting to Pinterest if you choose to.

6. Limitation of liability

ViralFinds is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. You are responsible for complying with the policies of Amazon, Pinterest and other external platforms.

7. Changes and suspension

We may change these terms or suspend or end the service at any time. Important changes will be announced in advance whenever possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ViralFinds has its principal place of business, without prejudice to any consumer protection rules that may apply in your jurisdiction.
